These terms govern your use of dataequity.in. It is a corporate website — it describes what we build and how to reach us. It is not a product, and using it creates no commercial relationship between us.

This site is operated by Data Equity Private Limited, a company incorporated in India in 2017, CIN U74999HR2017PTC068378, registered in Gurugram, Haryana. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may read, browse, print and share our pages for your own business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. You may not use the contact form to send spam, or to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
Our content and marks
All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Data Equity Private Limited or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. ValuNova, VisioNova, LinkVault Pro, Ask Tara and Yantra are our product names and marks.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or reuse our branding, without our written permission. Other companies and products named on this site belong to their respective owners.
What the site is not
Everything here is general information about our work. It is not professional, legal, actuarial, regulatory or financial advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your own circumstances.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement — a contract, statement of work, licence or order form. Where anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement prevails.
Product descriptions and roadmap
We describe our platforms as accurately as we can, and we label their status honestly. Where a product is marked Live it is in production use. Where it is marked In build — as Yantra currently is — it is under development, and the description sets out intended capability rather than shipped functionality.
Capabilities, specifications and availability may change as products evolve. Statements about future features are statements of current intent, not promises. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on with us directly before making a decision on it.
Availability and accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy or omission, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Equity Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you rely on from it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date at the top of this page, is the one that applies.
